Preparing For Christ’s Return

    Although there are a variety of views among Christians concerning the timing and the events associated with the Lord’s return, there is mutual agreement on the most important truth: Jesus is coming again. In light of the certainty and significance of Christ’s return, the Bible makes its clear that we need to be prepared. For example, Jesus commands us to "Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when the time will come…What I say to you, I say to everyone: ‘Watch!’" (Mark 13:33,37). Likewise, the Apostle Paul writes that we are to "say ‘No’ to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope—the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ" (Titus 2:11-13). Jesus is not returning for an unholy Bride, but instead, He desires a Bride that is "radiant…without any stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless" (Ephesians 5:27).

    The ministry of Herald of His Coming was birthed out of the desire to help the Church prepare for the return of Christ. We praise the Lord that for 60 years He has enabled this ministry to print and distribute messages that have provided many Christians with instruction, encouragement, admonition and inspiration in their walk with Him. We hope that the Lord is using Herald of His Coming to deepen your relationship with Him and to help you become more prepared for His return.
