Bearing Christ’s Fragrance

    Only through fellowship with our Lord are we able to live the blessed and fruitful life to which we are called.  It is common in our country to speak of “taking time to smell the roses” – to slow down from life’s rush and hubbub to notice and enjoy the finer, more worthwhile things of life so frequently slighted by the many.  How much more Christians need to take time with Jesus, the “Rose of Sharon.”  How far He surpasses the “roses” of this life!  Only after meaningful fellowship with Him, are we prepared to go forth bearing the fragrance of His knowledge to a world desperately needing to know Him.
